LIDER: An Efficient High-dimensional Learned Index for Large-scale Dense Passage Retrieval.

We propose LIDER, an efficient learned index for large-scale approximate k-nearest neighbor (ANN) search for dense passage retrieval. It outperforms FAISS (high-performance KNN library developed by Meta) on passage retrieval tasks.
